The commentor heard over-dubbed towards the middle of the footage is famed dance critic, Clive Barnes.

yes, the more i watch her films the more i appreciate her too - was just marvelling at the gargouillade in my upload 'Dame Alicia Markova - Sugar Plum Fairy Solo' and noted i could see how Diaghilev added her to the BR company

yes, crazy that the film is not made freely available - it's not top secret material, it's part of our cultural heritage - i thought the stuff they filmed was for the public to see - on their site there are tons of this kind of footage so why not this?
