Commodore's Cup Relay Race Finish Line

Sailing Backwards! The Hoofer Sailing Club's 2007 Commodore's Cup Relay Race. The final leg requires sailing backwards a short distance. The relay race involves a team member bicycling to the end of Picnic Point and switching places with another team member who sailed there. At another point in the race, the sailor is switched out with a team member on a wind surfing board.

The first boat shown reached the finish almost 15 minutes ahead of all others but may have never managed to sail backwards. It is a tricky skill.
