We love living in Buffalo, and feel no need to sugarcoat what it is... or apologize for what it's not. This is our perspective of what Buffalo is "really" all about for the people who choose to live, work, and play here.

Buffalo 'aint perfect but I'd take it over Charlotte, Vegas, Phoenix, South Beach anyday.

What people fail to understand is that the (city) of Buffalo is dead any place worth living is in the suburbs where everyone ran due to the Influx of the black families that moved there from the south in thye 60's & 70's also due to the poverty caused by over taxation aswell as the large companies moving to asia so they wouldn't have to worry about unions, fare pay,safety, cheap labor! All of this allowed by Greedy politicians also the loss of dreams & hope. I know my family is from there !

Count me in as 'another transplant'. I wish that when I take my citizenship exam - I can write "Buffalo" as my "hometown". "You can take the boy outta Buffalo - but you can never take Buffalo outta the boy!"

I wasn't born here but came here as a baby and I would never live anyplace else. Buffalo is my home and I love it here. Sure we get knocked down by all the haters but we just get up, brush ourselves off and enjoy the great food, sports teams, beautiful neighbors, the arts, the parks, night life, concerts, water skiing, snow skiing,boating, golfing, beaches,fishing, hunting, etc and the pride that no matter what you can't keep us down.

I love Buffalo. We're a great city no matter what anyone else in the country says. Buffalo is 100% real. We love our hockey and we love our Bills and our Labatt Blue lol. I love buffalo. <3 I was born there. And whenever I'm out of town and someone asks me where we're fromn I proudly say *Buffalo*. :)
