You mean that either the wife (your aunt) is your dad's cousin and the husband (your uncle) is his cousin-in-law, or he's your dad's cousin, and the wife is his cousin-in-law.
But you're on the right track that they ARE your uncle and aunt!
The Holy Bible states that you're actually an uncle or aunt if your cousin has a child!
There's No Such Thing as the second cousin what so ever!
