You're not supposed to. Thats the joke, he's a character. He isn't proud of the fact that 90% of americans can't point out sweden in a map (which isn't a true statistic) but when he pretends to be, it "blasts" our lacking education system. Also debt is usually measured as a % to the GDP, even though we owe the largest amount because we have a $15+ trillion dollar GDP, we aren't counted as the worst. Still a problem though. As for everything else, well thats just not true. hope u understand now.
