makes me fucking jump every time I see it, and I know what happens in the commercial, don't drive a car and don't own a cell phone.
It's a brilliant commercial that gets the message across.

What about stupid adults to that are like 30 n do it more than teens um okay durrr Dnt blame only teens for Texting n driving! N plus this video sucks the person looked at phone for 30 seconds like really ?? No and was looking completely down hah dumb if you wanted to make it real have the person look at simple message sayin what up for tonight but puts the phone on steerin wheel so he thinks he can still drive then oops ran red light those phone boom gets hit then show us the image of that tad

How about this.. ..
Instead of that silly disclaimer when you turn the GPS on, the small text no one reads, the one you have to click "Agree" before the GPS starts to work, a video clip, such as this is played?
I believe that would be much more effective.
