@linh0lrd Every new leadership rewrites their history after the victory. The Japs even rewrote their history after their DEFEAT. Doesn't matter if you were happy or not to see them, they're the ones with the guns and your mammy and pappy sure weren't gonna risk their livelihood or the future you. Just be glad you weren't Viet Chinese, because they got kicked out to sea.

Im vietnamese and still living in vietnam. They taught me that when VC came to Saigon, everybody there was very happy and welcomed them. But after seeing this, i think the communist party of vietnam is trying to re-write history and fool us all

I think this is the truth, people fled Saigon when communists were raiding in Sai Gon. I'm a child of the Republic of South Vietnam and I'm proud that my family has served for the Republic of South Vietnam
