M1 needs UFC as co-promote to become bigger. UFC doesn't need that cause they are by far the biggest. But There's no difference in level of fighting. The difference is in organisation etc. He would love to see Overeem vs Lesnar or Fedor. His money would be on Overeem. Then he talks about Fedor-Werdum. If Overeem fights Fedor, he should pick him apart and be patient. Rushing in is dangerous because of Fedor's punching power. Overeem is the better man on the ground. Difficult to fight Overeem.

He didn't leave a good impression on UFC.
He didn't do what Bas trained him for; block the low-kicks. Didn't counter the right way. Besides that, there's a lot of pressure on Kimbo because of the high expectations and he doesn't train enough. He should train 2x a day for 4 months in a row. Not train 5weeks hard for a fight and then go party for a couple of months. He got along very well with Kimbo(fun). He still respects him as a person but not as a fighter because the lack of training.
