The key minute with George Stephanopoulos, where Obama tries to convince the ABC News interviewer that a fine called an "excise tax" in the Baucus bill is not a tax, and that checking the dictionary for the definition somehow proves Stephanopoulos is "stretching". Stephanopoulos didnt just make up the language. In the Baucus bill, the fine for failing to comply with the individual mandate is called — wait for it — an excise tax.  Its on page 29, Subtitle D, Shared Responsibility.
