  • We're in 2012 and there are still homeless people roaming mayor cities! If the west stopped waging war with third world countries, I'm sure we could generate enough money to house these people! A good percentage of homeless people are mentally ill and they aren't getting the right treatment or care! These are the forgotten people, society refuses to acknowledge!

  • I always give homeless people food and never money. I lived in Morocco for a couple of years and you soon realise there that the only way to give is in a practical sense. I'm no god believer btw, just a humanist who believes in social justice and compassion.

  • The beauty of this song is you can substitute "London" for pretty much nearly anywhere and the words retain a meaning. A truly remarkable song-writing talent.

  • @Alphieboy I agree! and we do not want to "help" them bye more drugs.I usually say right up front and polite:I'm sorry i cannot give you any money, but i can buy you some food" I said so to a young girl once and she was really hungry! I never forget.

  • I've just heard this song for the first time of my life and I'm already in love with it!!!

  • a ray of light in anyone's tunnel, songs like this add a touch of sanity in an insanely rapacious world. Thanks for sharing this timeless gem.

  • There are some bad digital impressions about halfway through. Ruins it. I would suggest re-uploading.

  • Beautiful melody, awful lyrics

  • Beautiful song, stupid video

  • dont give homless people money, give them food, they cant buy drugs for food
