A 15 year old has sex with a 19 year old, 19 year old goes to jail for rape. 15 year old was too young to know, she was just a child.

I disagree that the child owning the gun makes him less responsible for the murder. Back in the 50's kids as young as 12 went rabbit hunting with a .22 all the time, they didn't murder anyone.
I think life in prison is harsh yes, but he's definitely got to see some time for it.

i think he should go to juvie for a while because what is the point of living.... nd We dont kno everything so we cant say yet what should go down like... if they lady did something or if the dad told him to or something like that.... He is 2 years after 10 its not fair to be in there for life. I would rather die to be honest i cnt even lie then to be in jail for life at the age of 12 well im 13 even 13 though
