how do the leon arbiter help out of the board and what do u bring it in against

@baseballfool06 They help out a lot. I board them against Elves, Eldrazi Green, Valakut, Trinket Mage decks (U/B and some mom-blue variations), and some rogue decks. They are immensely helpful if you can get them out on turn 2. They do a pretty good job of shutting down elfvine, especially when they get a Monument out and can't tutor Nissa's Chosen. Against Eldrazi Green they really just give you an extra turn to win against them since they have such a large flood of mana.

@Shadedragon In my opinion it depends on your metagame. I have a bunch if people running Eldrazi Ramp and Elfvine, so I find the 4 Effigies a must. You can probably rake out 2 Efiggies for 2 Oust/Condemn. I made it to top 4 with the deck in a 4 round Swiss, but had to drop since it was like 12:00 am and my parents were ready to pick me up :/
