Demonstrating the use of the Forrest power roller for rolling metal insulation jacketing. The power rollers are meant for forming light gauge metal jacketing such as typically used to protect pipe insulation. Generally this material is 0.010 and 0.016 Aluminum and stainless steel. To test the limits of the machine we rolled a piece of 0.040 inch thick (basically 1mm) Aluminum jacketing. The piece was 20 inches long total and we rolled it well past closed.
