. "The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of His indignation; and he shall be tormented with FIRE and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb; And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up FOR EVER and EVER: and they have no REST DAY nor NIGHT...".

@ChristiansofAsia depends on what you mean. If you mean are the unsaved consciously punished and tortured in fire for eternity, no, that isn't Biblical. But the effects of hell are eternal even if the flames aren't. The lake of fire is the second death. Unlike with the first death, there is no hope of resurrection. Sodom and Gomorrah serve as an example of what happens to the ungodly. Those cities aren't perpetually burning, but they were destroyed by fire and never brought back.
