Actually YES they did ban him but it was only a temp ban for using what they considered an exploit. If you where a member of the WOW community and actually participated in the forum discussions there was a thread about them banning him and people arguing in his defense.
So go a way looser and quit calling peoples comments bullshit when the only bullshit comment is yours.

You can farm the hell out of magisters terrace using exactly this same stealable buff from the infernals that wander near the entrance. It too gains your spell power so all you need do is wander inside with it on then pull as many things as possible before it fades, iceblock and enjoy the show.

why would they even ban him........
he just used a spell that BLIZZARD gave to the mage class and he used it in pvp thats this is basicly like stealing a druids mark of the wild and then killing a warrior with that buff on but in this situation he just stole a pve buff

Why were people standing there hammering on the ice block so often while they took 800 damage every 3 seconds? Pretty awesome to see so many deaths at the hand of a spellstolen skill, haha.

There are mobs with stealable buffs like this that do still benefit from spellpower if you know where to look, since the duration of the steal is only 2 mins though it leaves you a little limited.
