Miharu Koshi "Musique-Hall"

Composer, songwriter, arranger. Apart from her original works, Miharu has also released reworked versions of early 20th century French modern music, including chansons and jazz standards. Alongside her artistic career, Miharu also composes for advertising, film and stage performance. In 1989 she received the prestigious Advertising Music Competition award. From 1998 she started the performance series Musique-Hall which integrates her music with elements of dance performance. In 2003 she was invited to appear at the Berlin Jazz Festival and showcased the Musique-Hall performance, which brought her considerable accolade. In 2008 she released her most recent work, the self-produced album Le judas.
