A Slideshow. Photos depict the aftermath of the hurricane the next day (grey, the flood is receding, see the water marks on buildings), then the bright sunny day after that. It looks like a yuppie Cambodia. Many friends' businesses were wiped out. (c) by Lynn Barnes.
i though this storm was going to killed us i live up by fort howard and miller's island and stuff like that and i know that we were going to be a long night and stuff like that and that after noon my house lost power and then the next moring we had to call 911 to get the fire crew to help pump out the water becuase every time we would do that on our own before the fire crew me and my friend and stuff like that we would get electrutied. and stuff like that.

The craziest thing abut this is it doesn't show ANY of the destruction in Fells Point after that Storm Surge.....I walked home from The Dead End in 4 1/2 feet of water, my dogs swam, and I watched about 8 or 9 cars get swallowed by The Harbor.
Friends had to swim out of thier basement apt on Thames ST(after a full night of drinking, of course). And there were dead rats everywhere....
Too bad no one caught all that great footage.
