I use my thumbs when playing and i get really close, i get to 149 tops, only 11 short...

God two hands does seem harder, but it's just an illusion, I hit a lot more then with one finger. I can only get to around 92 though ='[ I've been trying for like 4 years hahahaha this is the closest i've ever been though, wish me luck XD

Nah you don't need any special controller. The one that's used in the video is the wireless one, but the only reason that may be an advantage is because of the technique you see in the video. My friend seemed to find it easier when he put the controller between his feet for support. I can only get a score in the high 70's too, which is why I always used to dread when the domination game would come up and I was playing against him.
