  • I saw them at the 83 US Festival. Missing persons kicked ass!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheJimbarnes Damn !!! your very lucky to have been to those shows !! great stuff and memories

  • Nobody walked in L.A.... That's why we are all fat 40 and 50 yr olds...

  • @robroseless HAHAHAHAHA to funny :)

  • Dammit, I was born the year Spring Session M came out. I wish I could go back in time to this concert; I would own that crowd! You can't listen to this group and not hear obvious similarities with multiple bands that came after them. And of course we all know about the obvious rip-offs of Dale Bozzio's fashion and singing styles by some of our "pioneering" "artists" of today. Nope. These are the true pioneers ladies and gentlemen.

  • @rottenparts yes i wish you could too !! I saw this tour and it was great ! There was no internet, so i would not know what Terry Bozzio was up to for long periods of time until reading a Modern Drummer. Heck now you can find out what he had for breakfast...lol

So at least you have youtube and many options to see videos :) If i find a time machine on Ebay, I will gladly take you to the concert I went to :)

  • This drummer is very good!!!

  • 1:15 is when the song gets a lift

  • Dale Bozzo is an unfitting name.... don't you think?

  • @italianman2112

    Steve Wozniak > Steve Jobs

  • @italianman2112 Simplicity is just as difficult as complexity. Technically, perhaps not - but in a creative sense, I'd argue that these guys did a fantastic job a.) restraining what they CAN do and b.) writing songs where everyone's parts are bang on. Listen to "Right On" and listen to the counterpoint between the bass and Warren's skunked guitar riff. I eat, breathe and shit jazz, but I'm the first to chime in and tell you this is genius pop music.

  • @42Kougar Gwen is honest about her influences, at the very least. Art is so often the practice of breeding influences into some form of mutt that is so far removed from what informed it, it becomes "original". I don't fault Gaga for her image or her borrowing. That said, her music is bad and she doesn't have a band like this. AT. ALL.

  • Such a great tune, because it's damn true. Walking around in L.A. is a freakin' BITCH.
