This is the workout i use for my planche training. I will upload more when i get better. I'm inspired by oniijin! :D

* Guys remember keep training static holds like tuck planche and that. This is just different exercises you should add to your planche work. :)

Plance workout:
3*10 pushup
3*3 pressup
3*6 handstand pushup
3*5-10sec tuck planche
3*3 planche pushup
3*10-15 lower back

  • Seeing the excercise on the chair reminds me of when I used to do that, but then go into a handstand. On my first attempt I toppled and landed on a low table, smashing a few things I had on it (LOL)

  • Nice work, like your flexibility too. Do you do any gymnastics?

  • inspirational, for a guy of such a thin constitution, functional muscle strength, the core needs some compensation exercises with light torsion; the gymball one looks great; avoid shoulders rolling in, pull ups, basic gymnastics, rings, pilates. otherwise great!

  • ...I'm watching you do the first pushups, and it's like "skinny ohmygod HUGE, skinny, huge, skinny, huge" every time you go up and down. Where does the muscle COME FROM??? it's like it appears out of nowhere!
