Before Peter Jackson delivered epic films like Lord of the Rings & King Kong, there was BRAINDEAD. A gross over-the-top zombie comedy. Our hero, Lionel, has to deal with a horde of bloodthirsty zombies, save his girlfriend and take care of his zombie-mother!

@reaperman2010 Oh well, it's Van Hellsing and/or the X-Files' problem now! I rather wonder sometimes if Lionel and Piquita moved to the US and had a son who grew up to be Ash from the Evil Dead movies.

@themysteriouscrumpet That seems more likely. At the end of the movie, it doesn't even bother to display anything in the rest of the town as Lionel and Piquita walk off.

besides "I kick arse for the Lord", "What we need is another War" is one of the best lines in the movie ! :) :)
