  • @suburbiansuperstar actually its both. Hop off your European high horse and read a book. When football or soccer was started, Rugby was also a common game and they called football "Association football. They created a slang term for Rugby and it was Rugger and they abbreviated Association football to Assoc and later changed to soccer. So either name is correct actually

  • @Allan001213 No you don't. My Bundesliga Team does it after nearly evey goal. It's not forbidden to use the corner flag for it.
