I too, say that my driving is not generaly effectted negatively by smoking pot, but more so, the frequency in which I use pot changes the results. for example, if I haven't used in several week then the effects tend to be stronger the first few times I use, therefore I'm less inclined to drive. But if I've had a tollerance built up,(a day or so of use) I would have to admit that using dosen't effect my driving at all. Being tired has a greater effect than pot, in my opinion.

@dontwatchtheseclips I agree, also changing to a different type smoke will do that. I get real high even if ive smoked for a few days if i smoke something different than what im used to but if i get truly stoned, the last thing i want to do is drive.

@biggaryT78 I dont think twice getting in a car with a stoned driver myself but, unfortunately, I don't think legalization could happen without dui driving laws about it and I could live with that.

Important point when he says "Alcohol promotes risk taking". Thats apart from the fact that it puts you off balance and cannabis doesn't.

I wouldn't have been able to take my drivers test If I wasn't high my nerves would have been to much to even show up for the test let alone drive! I'm gonna call the driving center and talk to them about this and upload the phone call

@nevetszenitram1990 I smoked weed all day prior to my drivers test then atleast 2 grams 30 mins before my drivers test. I was on the road within 1 hr of smoking and I was for sure high! I didnt get perfect on my test but I did pass my test. Honestly I feel like there should be an option on your test that if you want to prove you can drive high then there should be a driving test for that. If I ever have to go for another driving test again I'll go drunk and high just to prove a point! CERTIFIED
