wear a helmet guys... fell off my longboard and hit my head... was in hospital for 2 weeks and dont even remeber the first one at all... cant taste anything anymore or even smell things... trust me i've learnt my lesson you should all try to prevent this from happening

Every time i go to Thailand i buy myself a motorbike helmet at Tesco Lotus and wear it when i ride when i leave Thailand i pass bye a motorbike parked on the street and i hang it on the steering i write on a paper and tape it to the helmet
