This isn't characteristic of the pygmie people. They have very very few instruments, and certinantly not a mbira. They mostly sing....-.-

yes!!! this is truth,bamboo instruments play a very important part,both as percussive instruments and also wind instruments.they still play an important part in afrikan music in afrika as well as in the diaspora.
