My first try at a video review. Because of this, I decided to stick with something familiar (a game I had already reviewed in text form) in order to test the waters.

  • Sonic Unleashed is my favorite Sonic game ever, and you've made me think of it a whole new light. Will you do this wtih Sonic Generations?

  • @TheKnucklesChaotix It crossed my mind, but they're called "Better Late Than Never" reviews, which implies the games aren't brand new. Plus, out of 5 video reviews I've made, 4 of them have been for Sega games. So I don't know. I do need to do more video reviews eventually, though.

  • @10samm10 Don't be a troll.

  • @BlazeHedgehog If you're a fan of God of War, you would think the Werehog's Gameplay is a rip-off.

  • @MarioSonic2010 What does that have to do with that "conversation"?

  • I really liked your review it was an honest well thought out review you pointed out both the positives and negatives in a professional manner without trashing the game for including something new. Also can you tell me the name of the song that played at the very end of your review. :) Thanks in advance.

  • Finally, a reviewer who doesn't focus on the negative aspects of a game just because its Sonic.....I'm tired of reading GameInformer reviews of his games...

After watching this I may actually revisit this game since I've beaten Generations. I abandoned it long ago in Empire City for some reason. I can't remember why. I liked the game.

  • Therefore, I find myself not liking Movies and sometimes even BOOKS because you don't control pacing.

With this, Sonic Unleashed is uncomfortable at best and frustrating at worst

  • To me stories are determined in Dimensions: Dimension A (Character Personalities, Morals, Plot Structure), and Dimension Z (The World and whatnot). Realistic things like Sonic 06 have NO Z DIMENSION! THIS MAKES THEM DISGUSTINGLY PATHETIC! Outside of Earth (Or in the future), DImension Z is practically Priority A. I am a Z-Fan (Which means I prefer Concept Over Plot). Continued in next comment...

  • You do make a good point. I've seen a lot of comments and people who say Sonic Adventure 2 is the only good game for 3D games. Sonic Adventure 2 was a good game, no doubting that, but it's not the ultimate game, and everything else is crap. Thats what is sounds like what they're saying. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, yes, but looking at the specific aspects of EVERY game should be taken into acount, even the gems of the Dreamcast era. I like your review, Blaze.

  • Good game in my opinion! Also, good review!

  • im a sonic and god of war fan and in my opinion i love sonic unleashed

ing did a terrible review on sonic unleashed say the jumps off but really i found i very good u review this game very well blazehedgehog

  • i simple love the day time stages all of them are so stunning to see while you run through them at high speed

  • @BlazeHedgehog

    Part 1:

I mean, looking at all the problems, it's undeniable! Sonic Unleashed is a bad game! You spend two thirds playing as the Werehog, and one third in the Daytime stages, which is sad, because if it were just daytime stages it would have been the best Sonic game of all time! The Werehog is pure torture for me! I know I'm gonna get a ton of hate for this, but I'm not going easy on this game! Sonic Unleashed gets a 3.5 out of 10!

  • Best Unleashed review ever. I love this game to bits and it gets torn apart just because it does things a little differently...

  • The storylines are better being dark, intense, and engaging. Lighthearted and Simple just doesn't go right with Sonic.
