This is the Deadmines dungeon Part 1 for World of Warcraft, this is the newest edition of the dungeon where the pre patch for Cataclysm has changed the bosses and mobs, also altered some of the mechanics in the dungeon.

@iceman51423 You need to go to the call to arms board located in your home city and start questing while you are waiting for you dungeon to que. This gives you a chance to get some new gear and also to gain rep and exp as well as gold.

When do you greed and when need ?

@H3MetalC0rE You greed when it is something you cant use on your character or if you have something already equipped that is better. You only need whenever you actually can or could use the item.

dude, use 1-6 on your keyboard with your lefthand and click the rest, that's what I did before I got my mouse.

(I have keybinded keys RFVCXZ and I have a 17-button mouse)
