@deeplogic You cannot sue the user. You have to sue Youtube. You dont have a leg to stand on since you decided to share the video through Youtube. Additionally, Youtube makes it very easy for users to share other users videos: playlists, favorites, embedding, the list goes on. You wouldnt even get your day in court. But keep crying. Its funny.
