If someone really likes cats but wants them to play more like a dog get a basenji it's a dog that cleans itself yodels instead of barking and is independent like a cat but it's playful

I have had dogs and cats and I admit I like dog better because dog are more play full and cat just sit and do nothing only if I pet cat. Cat are waste of money.

No because there is nothing special about cats. They "Mjaow", you open the door, they go out for a couple of hours, they "Mjaow", you open the door, they go in to eat and sleep, and then it starts over. That's it.
