In this video clip we demonstrate how to move in on an attacker who has you at gunpoint. This is a realistic scenario that you are likely to find yourself in if confronted with an attacker who has a gun. Of course, this is just one of many of our realistic and practical tactics that we teach in our courses. Moving away from the attacker is not always an option or the best option.

  • Try FOF where everything is dynamic.... see if this would work. Because in all likelihood, your dummy wouldn't just take it standing like a lamppost.

  • @bulimpact And we all know that if it works in FOF that it will work in the real deal... right?!

  • What I am saying is that you can EXPECT to get cut, stabbed, or shot when using ANY tactic. If anyone tells you differently then you need to steer clear of their teachings because that is not reality.

  • @MrSEEbeeARE With all due respect this tells me that you really don't train with an attacker or you would know that you can't get your gun out & use it if an attacker is within 21 ft of you. Even if you do get your gun out at these distances you are probably going to get seriously injured or killed. Not to mention that your handgun is a VERY poor tool to get the job done. Watch the calibers & shot placement videos.

  • @brian47374 that may be true.. but atleast if your attacker has a knife he has to be within arms reach to use it... if he is any further than that i can have my gun out before he can hurt me... unless again he has snuck up from behind.. in which event i will give him my wallet. ahah

  • @MrSEEbeeARE First of all, IF it is an option, give up your wallet or whatever in both instances. A knife is FAR more deadly than a handgun.

  • @M1NDC0N7R0L Obviously you need to train so you can understand what can and can't be done in a real life situation.

  • @brian47374 if your attacker has a knife... i say go for your weapon.. if he has a gun already out... i say just give him what he wants.

  • @brian47374 nor can you disarm your opponent at or above 800 fps. MOOT POINT>

  • ummmmmm..... Do it with a shotgun now
