THC Build 107" Thumper (Bubba's Eagle Eater) Test & Tune Day 129 HP Todd Holland Cycles

Thanks to the help from Brian Kochanski and T.R. Riser at T-Man Performance www.Tmanperformance.com We was able to spend the day at their facility testing and tuning on the THC 107" Thumper Build. The build consist of several key components supplied by T-Man Performance. The Heads are T-Man Stage 4, Pistons are Forged T-Man 11 to 1 with Nikasil cyclinders, Cams TR650G, Oil Pump is a T-Man 3 stage pump, Crank is SE prepared by T-Man. Throttle Body and intake is a HPI/T-Man 55mm Pro Taper. Brain started out the day working with us on testing Air Cleaners to see which one would flow the best on our 107 build. As it turned out the Zippers Max flow worked best for our application. After a day of serious tuning Brian managed to work up 129 Horsepower and 123 LBS of torque. At the end of the day Brian was still unhappy with the tune and after many hours of searching he determined that we had an ECM problem.
