    BAC'sMis-Management of Mortgage Mod prog & Government Funds by poorly trained/incompetent employees,I lost my home of 11yrs.BAC refused pmts for 18 mo.Gave false hope,sat on paperwrk then disqualify me.Nov 2011 BACrefused 32k back pmts,Jan 2012 denyed me sort sale.Jan 30 auctioned my home,not bought.Now forced out! BofA is an evil entity,there is no human factor in thier actions.This is a travesty to the US homeowner.BofA's illegal shuffle paperwork in circle continues so they clear off desks!

    After years of just not feeling right I finally broke it off. It was scary at first but then I began to feel better. Boa was just asking more and more of me without giving back. I realized that there was little give and take, mostly take from Boa; I couldn’t take the “Me-me-me” any more. So after 26 years, I packed my things and left. Best decision I ever made. I'm so happy now and wonder why I waited so long.
