Mrs Butterworth from the popular tv show The Prisoner who is enigmatic and mysterious , just like my friend , theAteamgirl,
this is from the episode "Many happy Returns ",
the prisoner escapes the village and returns home, only to find a Mrs. Butterworth living there, he goes to Mi5 h.q. and explains about the village- a place where spies who have resigned are sent,
they deny any knowledge of the village, they give him a plane and pilot and the prisoner looks for the village, he is ejected from the plane and lands back in the village, where surprise surprise, Mrs. Butterworth is the village's leader... No 2 !
