We built our street's float for the annual Millcreek neighborhood parade and won the 1st place ribbon. The Statue of Liberty rotates on a hand-propelled, 8-foot platform, showing the front of the statue by day and the back against the NYC night skyline. At least 17 people participated, and we spent about 4 days working on the float in my garage. We had a great time.
