@troybrownrigg Just turn up in high summer. You will see fast moving rivers of lovely clean water. not a patch on what lands on Greenland in the other seasons. over 500 dead in Europe this winter, so far! 9 in USA before Xmas! All without losing heat from Arctic winds going South. That's scary!

Sunk 268 feet down in 60years in planes that float on ice!

The gulf stream has supposedly died but its Northern most part is where most ice has gone.

@m1aws There is videos on how fast it is melting off, That 268" is moving into the ocean as ice sheets are moving into the ocean, Greenlad may grow barely again , but as that gulf stream cools off Europe is going to have lower temps for a period of time! Europe is breaking alot of records for snow fall and temp drops!

@troybrownrigg What planet are you talking about? Greenlands central ice mass is gaining an official 5.4cm a year!

The reality is the 1960's, 6 storey tall DYE-3 early warning station is now subsumed and the aircraft dumped in WW2 were under 268' of ice before recovery.

In the 1100's the Vikings were growing barley in Greenland before the cold closed in before the 1400's.

1700's: The maunder minimum. Its the Sun stupid, lol

@m1aws What's in play is when all that ice comes off Greenland into the ocean, It's fresh water which does something different then salt water and it's cooler. There was a mini ice age when the ice melted off north america in the 1700's. I see no difference in what will happen if Greenland melts off!

here in Sydney Australia during summer we just had a low temp of 7 degrees Celsius we have not had more than 3 days over 30 its been raining on and off for weeks coolest summer in history for Sydney wtf

@DrMotorDude +1C in the last century. The error is basically not there. If we go back another 50 years, the number is less than +1C.

The Sun has been on overdrive for a long time now. Irony, the sea's and Earth have heated up at the same rate as the atmosphere so there is a different player than the mere heating of the air.
