@dmh091 How are they sellouts? they make great music test and challenge themselves with each song and album, sure they fall in holes sometime here and there, but every great musician takes many roads along their life always chasing new songs & ideas and to create something different even if it's futile to some degree. Great Musicians will always be looking for that spark that riff that song that got them that high in music to start with. They are far from sellingouts they are just selling albums

this solo is written really well.... why is trivium's solo shit not this good? I'm not saying they're bad but this solo's is REALLY fuckin good and this is when they were young, they should be better now not worse. And to the people talking about Jeff Loomis.... come on, this solo is as good as most of his shit, the harmonies in this, the way it's constructed, it's fuckin baller. Loomis is way better though, ALL of his shit is really good, not just a couple solos.

its a shame that this type of music doesnt appeal to a broader audience. cuz its the musicians in these metal bands that are in all the guitar mags and are regarded as the best guitar players but not a lot of people know who they are. its a shame i tell you. A DAMN SHAME!
