This show is rubbish. It's hijacked way too many of the myths and background stories that fascinated the true fans and has taken way to many 'creative' liberties. Traveling forward in time? What a joke. A t800 that survives without its head and then manages to regenerate its tissue in a matter of hours in the present? It's insulting. True fans know that technology was experimental even to skynet near the wars end. It wasn't even considered in the present. And further more, Connor rescued Kyle f

My theory: The future where John becomes leader of the resistance happens because john was sent to the future. Now he's there, and he will be the eventualy leader, and he knows what's going to happen in the past so he sends his father back to protect his mother, thus protecting himself, and he eventually sends future cameron back to protect him as well. Therefore, the future remains the same and from here we can go into the movies. its a more positive perspective than a cancellation, i think. :D

@1RavynSkye or maybe just by dissapearing of his timeline he changed all the future and neither allison or kyle died. no john connor in the past is same as if he got killed, he couldnt do what he was supposed to do and everything changed to a world without him
