I left the Apple Store yesterday with more than I had hoped to receive. This should be a video that praises the awesomeness of Apple Customer service. But it's not. Have a look at the video to see why.

  • Andy, yes indeed, it's about maintaining the culture.

  • John, I assume you mean the audio in the background. I added that to take away from the popping sound from where i was holding the earbuds mic. The popping on it's own was more distraction. Otherwise I typically agree, the audio was too loud and doesn't fit for a video of this length.

  • Thanks everyone for leaving your comments. It's not often I share "negative' stuff when providing content.

    Will try to remember to discuss the liquid sensor in the next Help i Got A Mac.

  • Cut through the red tape, geez!

  • No company is obligated in replacing your phones or equipment. It's an appeasement. I don't understand why everyone thinks they're devices should always be replaced.... this guy is more of a whiner than anything else.

  • The Liquid Contact will trip if any liquid drop touches it.

  • Nothing can compare to my story. I bought an iPhone 4s, the button was tight so I took it back, the employee without informing us fulling put our $850 on a gift card. Later that week I just didn't like it and wanted my money back, I got to use the phone and everything and I didn't like it. I went in, wanting my money back, but no. The manager comes out and tells me, "take the gift card, or take a new phone, or leave" I felt insulted, I'm selling my phone on ebay and buying an Android.

  • You should have port covers for your iPhone

  • The apple guy you had broke 2 policies

  • You should have left and came back another day!

  • just face it apple as a company and the policey they have sux donkey balls..... liquid sensors ... l0ol just youtube for it some kid bought like a brand new power mac g4 and it got damaged during shipment to his house and that poor kid hurd on the phone that a liquid sensor got tripped and he had to pay like 2000 dollars to let it repair l0ol...

  • Did you you mean who at the end of the video?

  • I got my replacement back from apple to find the lcd was broken, so I made another appointment. He forgot to put the screws back in and damaged the bottom of my phone!!! I am a loyal apple customer.
