@CloneWarrior001 Agreed...The spoilers I found were in that weeks edition of TV guide (arrrrgh!) I think his death would have had a greater impact if the media didn't ruin it for us, ya know?

I swear this happened to me:
The day this episode was to come on tv, it was right after the daily news, in which they spoiled that Daniel would die in the episode they were about to show right AFTER the news....spoiling idiots.

Good lord, get rid of the shitty music in the background, it ruins this scene.

The most touching part of the story for me was when Teal'c said his final words for him.
,,You once gave me this. You said that its spirit would one day serve it's owner in the afterlife. If you are to die Daniel Jackson, I wish you to know that I believe that the fight against the Goa'uld will have lost one of it's greatest warriors...And I will have lost one of my greatest friends."
And that was the point when I burst into tears...

@PureZephyr my boyfriend....who never EVER cries....gets teary eyed for this every time he watches it... and Just like you, the first time I saw this... I sob cried for like 20 minutes after the episode. It was soooo incredibly good but soooo incredibly sad... <3

first time i saw this episode i kid you not, i cried like a baby when he said "i'm gonna miss you guys". I've never been that attached to a character like that.
