@burt2481 I used a screen capture software set to 720p, it was a pretty large video to upload, but worth it. At this point, I don't know what software I used though, if I can remember I'll post back. It did allow you to choose from several codecs, which was nice.

@akdude47 I tried screen capturing software but between the Flex software and the capture software the CPU was overwhelmed.

@burt2481 You need a stout computer to do it, I used a Quad Core AMD Phenom II, which honestly these days can easily be built up for less than 500 bucks.
