It follows about the first 12 chapters and then rest is all made up and it doesn't follow the second half of the manga, but it's still great. It also leaves you hanging at the end of the anime, it only has 14 episodes and was finished before the manga itself was finished, but if you're a fan of Dears, you'll enjoy watching it anyways. I have the full disk set.

im your slave XD lowl i have the manga at home i missed the old peach-pit manga's TT3TT because i don't really like shugo chara, but i love dears, rozen maiden and zombie loan... I think shugo chara is too girly :S
