  • Rip/anyone monitoring this video, would this stance be considered narrow or does this guy have narrow shoulders? His lumbar spine remains in perfect extension, does it make sense to say if he widened his stance he may lose the ability to remain in that extension?

  • Is it really that hard to keep the camera steady and in the same place through the set? Its incredibly difficult to watch with the camera moving around all the time.

  • inb4 why is he looking down? because it generates more 'hip drive', and what is 'hip drive'? Its that thing that makes it look like his hips are raising faster than his shoulders out of the bottom, aka: what some dubious people will call a GM squat.

    I don't know whether I should be lifting like this, or with a Squat rx approach, Rip has his critics believe it or not.

    Zachs progress is admirable, good job mate.
