Top-secret material gathered over a period of five years seems to provide undeniable evidence of Burma's plans to develop nuclear capability on a par to that of North Korea. A jaw-dropping glimpse into the beginnings of a new nuclear threat.
Might add Myanmar aren't even where North Korea where in the early 80's.
North Korea itself has probably not weaponized any nuclear device into a warhead. Neither do they have any inter-continental delivery method. Not everybody has the same urgency as Israel. Their South Africa missile proliferation caused a great risk to the world if the regime wouldn't have crumbled. More so then anything NK can do.
Only Israel as a none nuclear power - nuclear power is able to threaten the whole world, India and Pakistan don't have ICBM capability or the capability to strike all over the globe, neither is their arsenal as big. They don't even have the capability to strike Europe from their territory yet. Israel also collaborated with apartheid South Africa to develop ICBMs thankfully S Africa decided to demolish their program. Israel continued to develop their Jericho missiles.
@Lobos222 Israel has been threating war as much as North Korea or even more so actually as Israel has a policy and record of prevention to any perceived threat, which is illegal and constitutes an act of aggression. North Korea on the other hand has mostly only been threatening to respond to an attack not to make an act of aggression. Which gets western headlines of NK threatens war. While Israel has made it clear it will strike before any threat are a reality.
Yes, China is going to or already has transfered nuclear technology to the military junta in Burma as it had done in the early 80's to Pakistan. The US new about the transfer to Pakistan but did nothing as it served its interests; now it reamains to be seen how the US government reacts to this one
