Okay, so Izzy and Alex are together in this season until now and 'Izzy is freakign out cuz she thinks that Danny is back and following her everywhere. She's having a sexual relationship with Danny, which is pretty weird. And Meredith is screaming because Derek is dying, which turns out to be a dream at the end of the episode.
