Tyne and Wear Metro-Driver tells me off for filming
I have permission to film, I just have to organise it officially.
One week before filming this I had three ticket inspectors tell me to "Do what I want" as I was doing work experience for them.
I did so and the drivers either didnt mind or liked it. I made new friends and got many horns.
Now I have this...

  • That sounds like misrabella, she's well known... i'd have wrote to metro tbh. she needs sacking! and you can film all you like in a public area as long as you arent comitting an offence and not even the police have powers to stop you... security sensetive areas like gov't buildings and airports are an exception.

  • @grinderbroweng Thanks for the info

  • 'Do you have permission to do that?' Gawd he's just taking pictures of a metro for gods sake! Perhaps next time you see this lady, ask her what her hobby is, and then ask if SHE has permission to do that...

  • haha, i photograph these as they go over the entrance to the tyne tunnels. i do it from a helicopter, tell them that i do not care for their rules and that they cannot ever stop me :D

  • You should have told her to fucough.

  • Shame the METRO driver can't drive the train. That is what they get paid for. NOT interfering with innocent members of the Public.

  • CoachAlex1996.

Don't waste your time answering the ignorant prats like XxMCR999MCRxX . They are only winding you up so they can see their 'names' in print! They are a waste of space.

  • @XxMCR999MCRxX No because Im still on the platform. But I film on the platform where the public dont go. And before you put up another pointless comment saying that I will get in the way, I dont, because I stand after the front set of doors where the public dont walk or the back of the platform where the public dont go. I do not trespass and when Im in a public place I do not get in the way.

  • @CoachAlex1996 So by that logic you trespass by leaving the public areas?

  • @XxMCR999MCRxX As I have said before. My filming equipment does not go in the way of public. It is at platform ends away from entrances/exits/waiting areas/any other facilities thus away from the public. You have not seen me film trains so you dont know what your talking about until you have seen me film.
