This is an ultimate fire cape fight caves guide 2012, for all combat and defence levels. This guide has a setup for 1 defence pures, 40 or 45 defence zerker pures, mains, maxed mains melee and also a magic setup.

I will be going through all the waves, showing you how to lure the creatures and take advantage of the italy and lure rock to take minimal damage, especially if you are 1 defence.

@AkSinister You WILL need to pray mage against the 360s most of the time while in the fight caves, however, if you're good at "trapping" the creatures in the fight caves, they should not be able to hit you most of the time (only the 90s since they range).

It is actually possible to do fight caves with NO FOOD AT ALL (with soul-split or Saradomin godsword though), but clearly impossible to do the caves without prayer.
