I have doubts that this really works, not the hard paper stuff but rifling it. I have a real rifle and when I first got it I got a bullet and tried to put it in the muzzle of the rifle. It didn't fit, this is because a rifle must engrave the bullet to make it spin. The bore of a barrel slowly tapers and as the bullet travels through the barrel the rifling cuts into the bullet and makes it spin. I don't know what your bullets are made of but I doubt paper rifling can engrave it.

@codlord10 rifling puts a spin on the bullet which keeps it stable while firing. if you compared the accuracy of a rifled barrel to a smooth bore (non rifled) barrel you would see a significant difference. rifling works sort of like say a football when thrown is spinning. It keeps it stable and accurate

Holy shit Tacome, I wonder what you would really achieved if you had a set of machinist micrometers, calipers, and small hole gages! I am getting close and saw another vid of your processes in construction. Why do use a standard size paper folding it over and over and not different grade stock? Maybe the glue between folds makes it stronger but seems very laborious. I wonder if using thicker stock can achieve the same strength by spraying it with flat base vanish?
