New Alternative Science Fiction/Double Feature (Hi-Def Version)

The new alternative Science Fiction/Double Feature as originally scripted for "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", but later dropped as being too expensive to purchase rights to use all the clips from various studios. I received so many requests for a high-definition version that I decided to rebuild it with new titles, clips and special effects. Most of the original clips were shot in 3:4 aspect ratio, so I decided to reformat them in 16:9 to keep everything in perspective. The credits type case was borrowed from the artwork of the original soundtrack album cover by John Pasche with the marquee lettering and painstakingly re-created and animated. The new clips add some fun audience participation ideas too. I have made several versions of the alternative Science Fiction/Double Feature over the years, but this one is my favorite. Overall, I'm very pleased with how it looks. I hope you'll enjoy it too.

@CrazyAboutSims2 ... it's a custom-made font that I created based on the original record album. I guess it would be called "marquee". It took me a week to put it all together and animate it.

I've always wanted to see this version done. I'd like to expand on it and ONLY have clips from the films mentioned. I once told a friend who after I had said Tim Burton's "Mars Attacks" was a wet-fart of a movie, that I didn't "get" that it was a tribute to classic sci-fi movies. (ME The LIVING EMBODIMENT of Comic-Book Guy) I told him once he's seen all the moves mention in this song like I have, he can discuss paying tribute to classic sci-fi movies with me.

Wow I must not have seen the newest version, this is much better than the other one I saw on here(and the other one was good). This is great.
