wow. if you're someone with weak back upper arms, these stretches really help.

i was doing naked yoga once in front of my class, with a pose like this, and my butt hole opened up (due to relaxation) and i accidentaly released my poop into the hot steamy room. luckily, i was in the back and able to hide it under my yoga mat, but i got a few looks.

She's a very good instructor. I don't think I could do most of these stretches, but she is very good at it.
