How she didn't win an award for this role is beyond me.. this is dead on...so believable, I work at T.G.I. Friday's :D the kitchen is our ''SCREAM AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS' area..

now u know y i walked out on a lot of jobs & am presently unemployed & homeless, because i got tired of dealing with workplace assholes, powertrippers, & bosses.

@airdriver No, you're absolutely right! I was just being nice. I don't think that just anyone could do a service industry job. You have to have a certain je ne sais quoi, a kind of toughness that many people don't have. But most people would quit after a single day. I should know, I've seen it happen countless times.

She is the best part of this movie .... I LOVE NAOMI ....

Get out now while you still have your sanity and humanity. RUN!!!!!!

I don't think it should be for only seven days, it should be for an indefinite period. That way they think that this will be what they're going to do FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES.

Alanna Ubach deserves an Oscar

Amazing actress. She is so hilarious...
I love the part where the lady order deserts and she says @ 1:53 "Oh...mmmm... MMMMMM.. that does sound good..."
This is me after one week at my job. Dealing with idiots who lack common sense at a job will turn anybody into a Naomi.

Anyone who's ever worked a service industry job, knows this is EXACTLY how we act when people can't see us or hear us. And then we put on a smile and gnash our teeth and act like we give a fuck, but really don't because we're going to get fucked in the ass on our tip anyway. EVERYONE should be required to work a service industry job for at least 7 days, just to know how it feels to give something your all, and then get stiffed.
